DL2 Production Drilling Rig
DL2 production drilling rig is developed for long hole mining. It can drill holes with diameter from 64mm to 89mm and maximum 30m deep. The suitable cross-sections (width x height) is from minimum 3m x 3m to maximum 4.5m x 4.3m.
Woserld Rock Drill
With high pressure and low flow hydraulic system, the Woserld rock drill delivers high penetration rates in hard rock (< F17) and low drilling steel consumption. With the classic double damping design the service life is long and the cost is low. 18kw rock drill is standard, and higher power 22kw or 25kw rock drill is optional.
Rod Handling System (optional)
Rod handling system can extend and remove the rods automatically. The rods handler capacity is 11+1 pcs for T38 Shank or 10+1 pcs forT45 Shank. The rod handling system relieves operators from heavy lifting work and is therefor an essential feature for maintaining high productivity.
Advanced Control System
Drill rod angle indicator on the operating panel shows small
deviation of the rod positioning. It guarantees the long hole
drilling quality. The automatic rod anti-jamming and return
system can protect rock drill and drill tools.
Robust Feed Design
The heavy-duty feed is made by wear-resistant aluminum alloy. It gets high bending and torsional strength, along with long service life.
