DD4 Face Drilling Rig
DD4 face drilling rig is designed with heavy-duty boom for high loads work. It can be used from small to medium size underground mining drifts and tunnels. It can be equipped with different high-power rock drills from 18KW to 25KW for various rock hardness. The drilling speed can be max 2.5 meters per minute. The suitable cross-sections (width x height) is from minimum 3.2m x 3.2m to maximum 7m x 6.7m.
Woserld Rock Drill
With high pressure and low flow hydraulic system. The
Woserld rock drill delivers high penetration rates in hard
rock (< F17) and low drilling steel consumption. With the
classic double damping design the service life is long and
the cost is low. 18/20kw rock drill is standard, and higher
power 22/25kw rock drill is optional.
L-shape Boom
The L-shape boom design gives the operator more
visual space. Also the parallelism drill boom delivers
fast and accurate face drilling.
Digital Monitor
Operating status, time, alarm information, working hours and fault points are displayed. Hydraulic oil level
and temperature, lubrication system failure, water pump pressure and electrical system failure have
alarm displays to help operators and after-sales engineer to understand the equipment operation status and fault location at any time.
