DD2 Face Drilling Rig
DD2 face drilling rig adopts long boom design. It can be used for variable sizes from small to medium underground mining drifts, hydropower, road and railway tunnels. The suitable cross-sections (width x height) is from minimum 2.8m x 2.8m to maximum 6m x 6m.
Woserld Rock Drill
With high pressure and low flow hydraulic system. The Woserld rock drill delivers high penetration rates in hard rock (< F17) and low drilling steel consumption. With the classic double damping design the service life is long and the cost is low. 18/20kw rock drill is standard, and higher power 22/25kw rock drill is optional.
Hydraulic System
By using Rexroth plunger pump control system, the hydraulic system is reliable and long lifetime. The automatic rod anti-jamming and return system can protect rock drill and drill tools.
Long Drill Boom
The long boom design is to meet the need of drifts and tunnels’ section in 6 meters. The parallelism drill boom design is for fast and accurate face drilling.
Telescopic Feed (optional)
For this rig telescopic feed is optional. It can be used to drill bolting hole at the same time.
