HP4 Mining Shotcrete Sprayer
HP4 mining shotcrete sprayer is developed for wet spraying support of mines. According to different sizes of drifts and tunnels, HP4 has two models, narrow type and wide type. The suitable cross- sections (width x height) is from minimum 3.5m x 3.5m to maximum 8m x 8m.
Main Features
- ◆High efficiency: Piston type pumping system, maximum pumping capacity 20m³/h.
- ◆Wide coverage: Spraying width 2 x 6.5m, height 8m, depth 2.5m.
- ◆Plateau type: 37kw motor is standard, and 45kw motor is optional for plateau environment.
- ◆Wireless control: Using wireless control panel, all boom and nozzle movements and rotations are easy and accurate. Also it can adjust the accelerator dosing and control the concrete pump.
- ◆Automatic additives dosage control: the PLC will control the adding dosage of the additives according to the concrete spraying volume to get the lower spraying rebound rate.
Pumping System
The concrete pumping system is stable, reliable, continuous output and high performance. The synchronous lubrication system increases the service life of consumable parts.
Spraying Boom
The boom is designed with a double-rotating and double-telescopic boom structure, which is flexible in remote control operation, easy to control the flatness and rebound rate of the injection, and the injection efficiency is also very high.
