HP6 Mining Shotcrete Sprayer
HP6 mining shotcrete sprayer is developed for wet spraying support of mines, specially for narrow drifts with cross-sections under 3m. It uses wireless remote control and crawler for traveling. There are two models for different cross-sections, HP6A and HP6B.
Separated Design
HP6 is designed in two separate parts, the sprayer and the trailer pump. In this way, it is very convenient to disassemble the machine for transportation in narrow drifts. Also the sprayer can be used for dry spraying construction. So the trailer pump becomes optional when purchasing this machine.
Control System
By using wireless control panel, all boom and nozzle movements and rotations are easy and accurate. Also it can adjust the accelerator dosing and control the concrete pump. The PLC will control the adding dosage of the additives according to the concrete spraying volume to get the lower spraying rebound rate.
Pumping System
The concrete pumping system is stable, reliable, continuous output and high performance. The synchronous lubrication system increases the service life of consumable parts.
Spraying Boom
The boom is designed with a double-rotating and double-telescopic boom structure, which is flexible in remote control operation, easy to control the flatness and rebound rate of the injection, and the injection efficiency is also very high.
