General

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

• The main parts are top brands from home and abroad, the whole design is reasonable after several generations of updating

• Overload feedback system is optional.

• Air cooling radiator with great power to ensure the steady of system oil temperature.

• Precision filter to prevent pollution of the hydraulic system, to protect the oil pumps and other hydraulic components

WORKING ARM

• The structure parts of the big and small arm can be adjustable to adapt different working section.

• The portal frame is connected with the conveying trough, to extend the working range and the height of arm to remove danger.

• The bucket is made of imported wear resistant steel, improving the durability of use.

• The bush is made by NSK(Japan), reducing the wearing of pin rolls and bushes, better for maintenance

CHASSIS

• The traveling motor is designed in the front to reduce the load to tensioning device from the guide wheel when equipment climbing slope.

• The crawler is consist of high single teeth with strong traction, increasing the friction against the ground to ensure the climbing ability and walking stability of the equipment.

• According to different tunnel conditions, the inner width of crawler can be widened and the ground clearance can be heightened.

• The body frame is box frame structure with good rigidity and tensional strength. It is divided into two parts and connected with high strength bolts, which solves the problem of transportation in tunnel because of large volume.

DIESEL ENGINE

• The non-coal mine can use dual power mucking loader, the diesel engine is professional for travelling. It can increase the travelling speed.

THREE-ARMS

• The three-arms structure increases the elevation angle of big and small arm by the middle arm cylinder, so the digging height is higher than standard machine, it can do scaling at the top of tunnel instead of labor

BREAKER HAMMER (WITH FAST COUPLER)

• The bucket and breaker hammer can switch by the fast coupler in 3 minutes.

• The breaker hammer can offer crushing operation for the bottom and side of tunnel, also can crush the big size rock after blasting without secondary blasting.

CABLE REEL

• The cable reel can automatically retract the cable when the equipment is moving forward or backward, save labor and material resources, improve safety, higher automation degree and higher working efficiency.
